About Me

Hey, I'm Jite

I’m a Dublin-based photographer who specialises in capturing honest moments on 35mm film.

Film Photography started as a creative outlet. I began with street photography, wandering Dublin & London with a film camera in hand, capturing candid moments. These days, I'm more drawn to portraits.

I shoot film because it forces me to be intentional with just 36 shots per roll, every frame counts. I've shot over 200 rolls and counting (that’s over 7,000 photos on film), and I still get excited waiting for scans to come back. My digital work has even been featured in The Irish Times, which is a bit wild when I think about how this all started.

Outside of photography, you’ll find me playing card games, getting locked into escape rooms with friends, or binge-watching Love is Blind (don’t judge or do). I’m also a commercial and corporate video producer through my creative agency Jetpack, where I help brands tell meaningful stories through film and video.

I told one of my friends I was shooting on film, he’s been a photographer for 60 years and he said “You’re kinda behind the times, but keep doing your thing, man.” I will. Whether film or digital (mostly film) what matters most is that I love what I do.
